SUNVIAUTO is managed by a set of values that reflects its mission and vision towards the market where it is positioned as well as by the quality management principles and that are the basis of its quality policy.

The quality policy is sustained by the implementation of a management model with an approach by processes and it is coherent with the established organizational and strategic objectives as well as the expectations and needs of the customers, of the market and all stakeholders.

The commitment of Sunviauto’s board of directors for the deployment of this policy is to provide all necessary resources and skills, promoting the participation of the entire organization through involvement and accountability, in order to provide better products and services and fulfil its environmental and social responsibilities towards a global sustainable development.

The executive management defines Sunviauto’s quality policy.

The quality policy is implemented, maintained and communicated to all employees through the existing communication channels.
